By using playfullearningclub.com and purchasing our products you agree to these terms.

1. What we sell

Playful Learning Club sells downloadable digital products (Word, PDF, Excel and HTML files) for nursery managers and teachers: policy templates, monthly plans, tracking tools, worksheets and activities. We sell no physical goods and no subscriptions.

2. Payment and delivery

Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Prices are in US dollars (USD). After payment we email your files to the address you used at checkout, within 24 hours.

3. License

Your purchase gives you a non-exclusive license to use and edit the files within your own nursery. You may not resell, redistribute, publish or share the files with other nurseries or upload them online.

4. Nature of the content

The content consists of editable guidance templates. It is not legal advice and is not an approval from any official body. The nursery is responsible for reviewing the content and adapting it to its needs and to the requirements of the relevant authorities.

5. Refunds

Our Refund Policy (7-day guarantee) applies.

6. Limitation of liability

Files are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for outcomes resulting from their use.
